export system crystal report to excel

Hi all

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!  C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\SAP Business One.exe  This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

All users login in all computers, Windows 7 32 bit office excel 2013 and 2007 32 bit all encounter the same error when exporting Crystal Report Design to excel.

No problem with system PLD, same problem with system Inventory Turnover Analysis Crystal Report Design.

Hi

     Try to reinstall the crystal report and install it properly, before install try to restart the server.
