Hi guyz,

Anyone here already encountered this error?

Lock NOT set for: Extraction from Infoprovider

I can't load in DTP in our QA. I already tested the DTP in DEV and it is working.

How can I fix this error?

Here are the steps I have already done:

1. Retransported the infoprovider and transformation

2. Created a new DTP

3. Restarted my PC

4. Used another PC

5. Deleted locked objects in SM12 (as discussed here: http://scn.sap.com/thread/2071516)

Any help?

Already saw this note yesterday but I think this is an error when loading DTP from PSA to an INFOOBJECT?

In my scenario, I'm loading DTP from DSO to DSO.

Hi, check the lock entries in SM12. i think when your loading data to target system, someone may accessing the same target. Try after some time.

clear all the locks inSM12 or RS12 and delete the all lock entries for respective system.

I'm the only one using the QA.

Also, already check SM12 with * in both table name and user, but there are no locked objects.

hi Loed,

Can you go and check the source DSO? Check to see if there is any load which is getting loaded to/ from it, or any activation going on.. Check if the source DSO is active.

Check system log using SM21 to check to see the reason behind the lock.

There is no log in SM21 regarding the error. Also, there is no data loading in the DSO.

Any other suggestions mate?
