SAP BPC Work Status (On All Descendants)

Hi All,

If the work status is changed at the group level (which has multiple subgroups), and ticked on (On All Descendants). Eg: Group ID: ABC_GRP
The changed work status email notification will state ABC_GRP instead of the individual entities below the sub-group.
Is it a normal behaviour? Is there a way for the email to state the individual entities instead?

Hi Shashyy,

Yes its a standard behaviour of work status email notifications...If you go in Admin --->Workstatus---> Click on "Notifications" you will see the standard default message of the email...and the variables used to capture the user selection....Like below......

As far as your second requirement not sure whether it can be done or not....but you can take help of a an ABAP Consultant to find out if you can customise the standard variables...
