Hi

User create PO and send to vendor by e-mail.Below is the email which will send to our supplier.Here I want to  change 'From' email address.where can I change  this 'From' email address in configuration ? Can somebody throw tips for this issue? Thank you.

From :Our user email address( I want to change this address).

To:our supplier

Is it not the email address from the user master who processed the PO?

yes Jurgen,then I can change it in purchasing group? Am I right?

No. Its from user master record from SU01.

Hi,

An email exchanged from Person to Person - particularly with high potential value information always transmitted between one person to another person, not from a group to one person. Like A million dollar order received from 'A group of Persons'.

Million dollar who is responsible from client side, supplier whom to contact for further clarifications on this order is again a 'million dollar question'. For this person keep the sender and receiver address as same. If you want to can maintain in body text as you got this email for this PO from this Person and from this Company. You can change text as you wish. But keep both end contact points as singular.

Like we mentioned in Subject : 1st Reminder for PO: XXXXXX from XXXXXX XXXXX Limited.

below body text we mentioned Contact buyer details, with contact number.

This is populated from the User master data maintained in SU01.

Do look what email ID is maintained for your USER ID in SU3.
