Blocked Print Layout For some user

As we know, every form on SAP can be print using preview layout. Can I disable/Blocked all PLD and enable only some specific PLD for specific user ?

All I know just set No.Auth for PLD but all PLD is Blocked.

Any Idea ?

Hi Ivan,

You can not Block Crystal Layout and PLD for Users but as a work around is that Create Blank Crystal Layout or PLD and Import that Crystal Layout in System and Make that Blank Crystal Layout Default according to User wise, So when ever that user will try to Preview or Print then that User will get Blank Print or Preview.

For those Users whom you want that they can Preview and Print then make correct Crystal Layout or PLD.
