Hi Experts,
I have a requirement from my client, to check if the SRM application is date compliant.
This is an Audit requirement and needs to be from a valid Source i.e. SAP, probably a note will be very helpful.
Being Date compliant means-
1. The application should have 366 calendar days in a leap year as against 365 days for normal years.
2. The calendar should have 29 days for the month of February in a leap
All the dependencies should consider this and the number of days should be calculated accordingly.
For example-
We have configured our WFL such that the WI escalates to the next level of approver if there is no action taken by the current approver after 5 days.
A work item has been triggered on 25 Feb 2014. As per the above statement, this would ideally trigger an escalation on 2nd March 2014 (considering 28 days for 2014 , as this is a non-leap year)
However, If a work item has been triggered on 25 Feb 2016. As per the above statement, this would ideally trigger an escalation on 1st March 2016 ( considering 29 days for the Month of Feb in 2016, as is it leap year).
As an SRM consultant I understand that the application is date compliant however, can someone suggest if there is a Note or any authentic information provided by SAP so that we can use it to get through the Audit.

HI Experts,
Is there any update on this?
The time line is narrowing and we need to support ourselves with some inputs/information.
