Characteristic description and Characteristic value relation in CL24N

Hello Experts,

I need you help on an urgent basis.

The requirement is to make a report whose output must be same as transaction cl24n. In my report I have copied the code of Function module 'clla_change_doc_classification' to display the same output in ALV Grid display but it is getting difficult for me to establish the relation between Characteristic description and Characteristic value field which is displayed in CL24N. Below is the screen shot of CL24N.

I want to fetch these two values.How can this be done?
