NO PCD LOCATOR in my EP installation

Hi,

In our EP ENV we do not have PCD locator utility.

according to the document.

I have to go to the following location

System Administrator -> Support -> Portal Runtime ->

under "Test and Configuration Tools"

First item should be "PCD Locator".

but in our ENV we have only

PCD configuration

PCD Administration
