Export to Excel Rows Limit

Hi,

I want to know the details of various crystal report version and its Export to excel rows limit with various excel versions like(2003, 2007, 2010)

Export to Excel Rows Limitation for

1. Crystal report XI R2

2. Crystal reports 2008

and other versions with service packs

is there any document available for these details for excel rows limit related to crystal version if available please share it.

Hi,

From CR XI R2 and CR2008 You can export the reports to MS excelt 97-2003 version i.e., 65K records only.

Using CR2011 and CR2013 You can export the reports to MS Excel 2007 version i.e., Xlsx format.
