Data services 4.2 SP01 upgrade to SP02

Hi guys

I have installed data services 4.2 sp01 on windows server 2012 but as it is not fully supported, now i want to upgrade same with data Services 4.2 SP02, but the problem i am getting when i am running setup.exe... on the window specify cmc connection information after putting valid password, it is giving a validation error... but with same password i am able to login to CMC, Data Services management console, as well as designer...

could you please help me what can be the issue... and how can i fix this problem..
