What transaction are you creating a recording for? Please post a screenshot of your recording here as this is not possible unless all your fields a bespoke.
Are you replying to me or the original question? If to me then what exactly do you mean? Do you go to LSMW create a recording, then click on "Default All" and nothing defaults! If so, then please send me the screen shots as I would like to see this. Also give me all the details i.e. transaction etc. and provide the screenshots as you step through this.
