Error during the Installation of WAS 6.40

i got the following error while i tried to install WAS 6.40 on a machine. My database is Oracle OraHome81. I finished installing the Central Instance Installation(ABAP). I incurred this Problem during the Database Instance Installation(ABAP stack).

<b>ERROR 2005-11-30 11:19:32 FSL-06002 Error 2 (The system cannot find the file specified. in execution of a 'CreateProcess' function, line (278), with parameter (d:\oracle\ora81/bin/lsnrctl stop LISTENER).</b>
