Dear Experts,

I have an urgent issue to be resolved, request your help in it.

Sick leave is not eligible for the employees who are in probation for 3 months.

but system is accepting the sick leave, even before they complete 3 months.

Please help in this issue, such that sick leave should not be considered for employees who dint complete 3 months of time frame.

Hi Balaji,

If you want to generate SL from joining day and could be used after completion of probation period then go with Mr.Sai's reply with Contract Type.

If you want to generate SL after completion of his probition period or day of his confirmation then go with Ms.Shruti's reply with Contract type of confirmation.

The solution to your issue exists in V_T559L. Stop the quota generation itself if you dont want them to book leave till the end of their probation period.

Hi,

If you could not achieve this by configuration, implement user exit PBAS0001 or BADI "HRPAD00INFTY" to validate.

For the employees with IT 0019 the deduction is controlled from here.

Please check this.
