'554 Transaction failed' Error for inbound E-Mails

Hello everybody,

I'm configuring my sytem to send and receive E-Mails. The system is configured according to the relevant SAP notes.

Sending of the e-mails to the corporate smtp server works fine, but I'm not able to receive mails.

I tried the  troubleshooting tipps from note 607108 and getting the following error: '554 Transaction failed'.

In other posts following suggestion are made:

(1) - The service SAPConnect in SICF is acive.

(2) - I disabled all inbound processing:

.              (a) - SO28- I deleted all lines

.              (b) - SCOT- I deleted all lines about the Inbound processing

(3) - Debugmode for SCOT is OFF (dbg-)

Has anyone an idea what to check next?
