SAP Hana Cloud Platform Locked Account

I'm starting Introduction to SAP HANA Cloud Platform on openSAP. It says my email has been used before (I must have signed up before at some point checking stuff out or maybe from a prior course.) When I go to retrieve my password it says my account is locked. "Your account has been locked by an administrator. This may be because you have not yet activated the account by clicking on the link in the e-mail sent to you after registration."

Is there anyway to get my account unlocked?
