SAP LVM Upgrade from 2.0SP3 to SP5 problems

Dear All,

I have a question regarding LVM upgrade version 2.0SP3 to SP5. After successful upgrade using SUM I am getting following 2 problems:

1. Diagnostic messages POD is returning following error:

2. System version is still showing up 2.0SP3 instead of SP5.

Could you please advice? Thank you.
