SolMan 7.1: No Lock Could be obtained on Resource Counter Table for SOLMAN_DIALOG_WORKPROCESSES

Hi friends.

In Solman 7.1 (SAPKITL710) we get sometimes batchjobs error at night:

16.06.2014 03:20:19 No Lock Could be obtained on Resource Counter Table for SOLMAN_DIALOG_WORKPROCESSES.

I allready checked note 1816367 and eddit table E2E_RESOURCES like:

This is the only problem we have at the moment.

Any ideas?

Hi Dennis,

This is acceptable.  More over data collected during the next completed job,

This is due to other EFWK process still running and its locking the table, whereas the next one started to schedule cant process ends with the the error.

Check the sm12 locks during the time, or also check whether enough DIA workprocess available or not.
