Printing a Routing

Hi sap experts,

we want to print  print routing data in a list  in  transaction ca51.

we are not interested in a "Hardcopy" but want to export the report to an Excel sheet and then print the same, but when export it to excel sheet its not Arranged ,do you have any suggestion?

Hello Mahdieh Izadi.

     My suggestion is to print the output of CA51 to spool and then make use of SAP program RSTXPDFT4 to print in PDF format using that spool number.

i want excell file, pdf file doesnt help us.

Hello Mahdieh,

FM RSPO_DOWNLOAD_SPOOLJOB can be used to download spool to .xls .

Search scn with FM RSPO_DOWNLOAD_SPOOLJOB.

hi Always Learner and thanks.

i use this FM but it doesnot help me.

the format of excell is like the print format,but i want it in Arranged columns for editing.

Do you by any chance work together with Ankit here? What's with everyone and Excel today...

It's certainly possible in a standalone program, but I doubt it's going to work with the output functionality exactly like you're expecting. Also please see the comments in the other post - what purpose would this actually serve? Why not just use a Smartform, especially since you seem to be planning to print from Excel anyway...
