Dear Experts,
I have a requirement to use the distribution list while configuring the alerts.
Customer has given the distribution list email id to be used for alerts.
Reason for this is when ever he want's to change any email-id's he can control that at the mail server end.
We have created a user in PI and assigned this distribution list emai-id to the user.
1. Alert category is defined in ALRTCATDEF
2. In Fixed Recipients i have defined the user which created with distribution list.
3. I tested using RSALERTTEST, I am getting an 806 error in the SOST.
But when I check with the differient user, it's successful.
Could you please help us to fix this issue.
