Saturday half day

Dear Experts

I Have a requirment that every saturday is HALF  Day so  how do i configure in the systed i have the below solution pls guide

1) Create  separate DWS for saturday like 9.00am 1.00pm and one more DWS 9.00AM 6.00PM

2 ) Create two counting with two seq number  like

CR-101-

Seq: 001  will check all the boxes in the week day expect saturday & and maitain quota mulipler 100%

CR 101

Seq002   will check only saturday and maintatin quota multipler 50%

whn emplyee for leave we assign the counting rule to each absence  is this process is correct

Hi Girish,

If its half day for all the Saturday, then define a separate DWS for Saturday and assign it in all the PWS(Saturday). Define WSR and generate it.

Thank you santosh   for example like 1st Saturday  and 3rd saturday holiday  day remaining  2nd and 4th satuday is half day  then how do i resolve this issure

Hi Girish,

Your scenario is of 1st and 3rd saturday as OFF days and 2nd and 4th as half days.

In such a scenario, please do the following.

Create a PWS as shown below:

DDDDDXX

Generate the above WSR and then make changes to the generated one for 2nd and 4th Saturday by replacing X with H where H is half day. You do this using TCode PT02.

Don't generate the WSR again.

Hi Girish,

Please use a separate DWS for Saturday with reduced timings.
