Hello,

Can anyone help me that i got the error message while creating the shopping cart from INTERNAL GOODS/SERVIES after adding the product id in the second step.

Error :"movement type for follow-on document missing"

please check attribute BWA is maintained for employee in PPOMA_BBP

i solve my issue

i defined BWA but the error is acctualy appear but i solve it in another wat

i have another question

i cant create follow on doc

I am not clear on how to maintain the transaction types in SRM and document type in ECC to create a PO successfully from a SC.My SC has been approved, but no PO is created in ECC.

Hi,

which error do you have?

Go to application monitor and check for backend errors.

Document types from ECC are maintained in PPOMA_BBP as attribute BSA.

Loooks like ECCCLNT100\ZSRM or ECCCLNT100\NB.

Of cource the number ranges in SRm and ECC must pass to each other.

i define BSA in ppoma_bbp as

BSA: oneclnterp\nb

and i define this number range Supplier Relationship Management ® SRM Server ® Cross-Application Basic Settings ® Number Ranges ® SRM Server Number Ranges ® Define Number Ranges for Shopping Carts and Follow-on Documents

but in SC and in related Doc (SC tap) this tap is empty
i dont know how i can create pr or po after approved SC

also i define this Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders) in SPRO

i didnt assign vendor to my shopping cart

i order shopping cart without assign any vendor

And for PO? You are not able to create a PO w/o vendor.

i assign supplier for SC now , and i use replicated vendor (BP-supplier) in shopping cart but when i create SC and manager approved the SC the PO or PR didnt create anymore

i use the vendor that replicated from my vendor master in ECC (we create our vendor master manually )

Have you checked sxmb_moni for bad xml messages?
