Question Infopackage ...

Hi All,

I have a question ... I noticed that in some in Infopackage screen under Scheduler drop down menu ... I noticed that some options for Iniatialization for Source System is enabled and some is not ... can anyone explain to me .... in case or scenarion it is enabled and in what case it is not enabled ....

Hi Kumar,

Check - This is for checking the infopackage.

Test Deletion options at start - self explanatory. This is for deleting any previous request in a cube.

Save Data - Saving the infopackage with the selections.

Initilization Options - To delete the init request if a reinit is required.

Datas default transfer - defines the packet size and teh no. of data packets.

Repair full request - Helpful in retrieving data in case of any error.

Time Out Time - Time before the request turns red.

Treatment of warnings - define the color of the request for successful, failure or undecided.

I hope, if the data source is Delta enabled, then we can see the option 'Initialization options for source system'.
