When i checked the dump

Error analysis

    System error in program RSMDATASTATE and form RSM_DATASTATE_CHECK-2-

    Long text of error message:

     Diagnosis

         This internal error is a targeted termination since the program has

         an

         incorrect status.

     Procedure

         Analyse the situation and inform SAP.

    Technical information about the message:

    Message class....... "BRAIN"

    Number.............. 299

    Variable 1.......... "RSMDATASTATE"

    Variable 2.......... "RSM_DATASTATE_CHECK-2-"

After setting the AGGREXIST to "X" , It was working fine.......

Hi,

Note 1838739 address this issue .

Cause

According to the note "1146983"
You have probably deleted the maintenance tables of the BIA.
Therefore the RSMDATASTATE might contains inconsistent information regarding the aggregates.

Resolution

Please go to Transaction:  SE16 and check as below,

RSMDATASTATE:

INFOCUBE            XXX
AGGREXIST           X          <---

If "AGGREXIST" is enabled,

A possible explanation for that problem could be that this system is a
system copy of a system which used the BIA.

Please therefore review attached note:
        1146983 - System copy and BIA server

According to the note, you have probably deleted the maintenance tables
of the BIA, therefore the RSMDATASTATE might contains inconsistent
information regarding the aggregates.

To solve this error:

1. Manually set the flag aggrexist from 'X' to ' '. 
2. Review below note for function module "RSDDTREX_AFTER_UPGRADE_70X_73X",
      1633303 - RSMDATASTATE inconsistencies after upgrade from 7.0x to 7.3x

When checked the table RSMDATASTATE , field aggrexist was already in unchecked state for necessary cube.
