mixed pallet management in wm

could you please explain the mixed pallet management process during putaway and picking in wm and rf. how to generate pallet labels for mixed pallet.

Hi,

I am also having kind of same issue. I am unable to pick nested HU which has multiple batch on it.

Is there a standard HUM Process for picking? Specially for nested HU with mixed batch?

Hello Manish,

Thx for answer. I got answer. The Issue was, Standard SAP does not allow to pick HU which is in warehouse with multiple Batch. We can only pick HU with 1 Batch. If we do want to pick HU which has multiple batch, We must create Pick HU ( New) as a destination and we move materail from Original HU to new HU by confirming TO.

However, my business requirement was to ship same HU, which is stored in Warehouse and by not creating Pick HU. Because we want to keep History of HU which is in Warehouse and going to ship.

So, we ended up with - We unpacked nested HU, and completed picking and Repacked HU with same Nested HU #. that did served my purpose.
