For a sales org, I need to get a file of all materials listed to each sales district.

Hi,

I'm new to SAP, so I figured that best way to learn is to ask questions.    For a sales org, I need to get a file of all materials listed to each of their sales districts.  They are trying to see how often some materials are repeated amongst the sales districts.  Any advice?  Can this even be done?  They have many sales districts.

I appreciate any help that I can get on this one.

You can use table MVKE in t.code:SE11 to find material master list in sales organisation.

Thank you, everyone.  Here's a bit more information to add to this, from the requester:

"In order for a customer to have access to buy a product, it needs to be listed to the Sales District they belong to, or a customer specific listing Under SAP T-code VB03 Z002 Listing. Currently, I can get the listings one SD at a time, but I need all SDs for sales org XXXX. If you need the SD numbers I can give them to you. I only need sales org, sales district, material eff date and end date.

Is there a way that I can do this?"

VB03 as I can see lists exclusions per customer/material combination. Defining a query with the condition tables involved using SQVI should solve your problem.\

KOTG001 - Customer/Material

KOTG002 - Customer/Material/Unit of Measure

(There may be others depending on the condition type in use in your organization).

If this is a one-time requesting take a dump of the above tables using SE16N.

Are you talking about KNVV-BZIRK? If yes, this is a customer master field used for grouping for pricing. It is in no way linked to materials, other than through a sales order.

This field is present in Delivery header table LIKP. Create a query in SQVI to fetch delivery details per sales district and pull the material number MATNR from those records.

I am not sure what you mean by sales district, but if you refer to the combination of sales org and distribution channel then you can get such report just by using F4 search help from any material number field.

Just press F4 in a material number field, switch the search help to sales material by description, set the indicator for unrestricted search  and execute your search

You can print and download with a right mouse click on the result
