I have sent a request to SCN Forgot Password but have not received email to change my password
Hi Lorraine,
I had the same issue. We neet to provide correct mail id to when entering the mail id field. By that in few sec's password reset link will reach to our inbox. If not, try with username or id (like p506902).
And the best option is to send a note to this mail id sapnetwork@sap.com

I sent request about 3 hours ago. I have contacted them and since been requested to open message for issue.

How much time its been you have sent the request?
