workflow and lotus notes

Hi All,

Can you please tell me how to make connection between workflow and lotus notes.

my doubt is when workflow get trigger the corresponding work item should be sending to lotus notes inbox rather then SAP inbox.

what are basic and advance configuration needs to be done.

What version of SAP are you on? Check if the report RSWUWFML2 is available. If not it can be downloaded from Service Market Place (OSS) for 4.6C. Read the documentation for the program. Work items are always sent to the SAP Inbox (this cannot be changed). The program RSWUWFML2 can send an email notification optionally with a shortcut to the wotkitem. In order for this to work, you need to:

1) Have Basis configure the Internet Mail Gateway for SAP

2) Have Security maintain the external email adresses for all users in user master.

3) Schedule a periodic job for RSWUWFML2.

4) Schedule a periodic job for pushing the mail out of SAP.

BTW, SAP no longer supports the Lotus Notes integration.
