CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_PRECONDITION Dump in HR infotype Opertaion

Dear Experts,

While using the HR Infotype Operation FM to update my custom infotypes i am getting the Standard Dump CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_PRECONDITION I am using this in my WDA component so I am not able to implement the perform as given in the sap note 493984

I even gone through the below threads

But I need some input in how to handle this scenarios. Any one solved this issue kindly give your suggestions.

It reaaly helps a lot. Also Kindly explain me why this strange behavior.
