Capacity Planning:
- Assign the Production Work Center in Equipment Location tab
- Assign System Condition (In Use / Not in Use) in PM Order creation
- Create Production Order with work center assigned to PM order Equipment
- Do the Capacity Evaluation. System will propose that Work Center is not available for production if PM Order dates & Production order dates overlap
- But this can be overruled as its just proposal from the system.
Performance Based Maintenance Plan:
Based on Quantity Produced / Run hours of Equipment, Maintenance order can be created.
- Create Measuring Point with UoM as HR / with EA
- Create Equipment as PRT with PRT view
- Create Maintenance Plan with cycle as HR or EA
- Assign Measuring Point & Maintenance Plan in Equipment PRT view
- Assign this PRT in Production routing
- Assign Usage value formula appropriately for RunHours or Qty
- Create Production Order
- Do the Qty confirmation for Production Order
- Based on the Usage value assigned in routing, Measurement document will be created for RunHours / Qty automatically for the Measuring point assigned in PRT Equipment master
- Plan the Scheduling IP30 so that based on Measurement document value & Cycle frequency in Maintenance plan, Maintenance order can be created.
