Search doesnot return result

I successfully created a filesystem repository, created an index and assigned the datasource to it. In all the monitors(index, cm,etc), the status is green. But when I search for a keyword, nothing is ever returned. I have tried re-indexing and am sure that the index is active.

    Hi Raj,

    You can go to:

    System Administration->Monitoring->KM->TREX Monitor->Display Queves

    There you can see status of your documents.

    Patricio.

      Patricio,

      The user had indeed, read and write permission on the Trex folder. I re-installed Python 2.1 from the original Portal DVD and afterreconfiguring the name server,I have been able to get the search to work somewhat.

      Now I have run into another problem which I will opening up another post.

      Thanks a lot for helping me.

      I have awarded full points to you.

      Thanks

      Raj
