Hi all,
I've created a query selection view and a chart web item in BEx WAD. When switching between the two different views the chart is updated.
The problem is that the key figures are displayed in the rows (X-axis), when I actually want to display the characteristics instead (Calendar Year/Month).
Normally I can fix this by activating the "Swap Display Axis" property of the chart item which reverses the diagram, but it has no effect in this case, when using the query view selection at the same time.
Does anyone know what can be causing this and how to fix it?
Best Regards,
Olof Trönnberg
Can u elaborate more on the query selection view u have created.Like which are the columns and which are the rows.

Hi Partho,
In this case the columns contain the key figure which is "the value of stock" which should be displayed in different currencies, i.e. USD or EUR (the different views in the query selection).
In the rows we have Calendar Year Month and I need to swap the axes so that it displays these months (which it dosen't at the moment)
In the query view selection web item I set the property: "list of query views" to
Description = USD
Query view name = "query view name for USD" from a dropdownbox
Web Item = Item_Id of the chart (which is the target for the view).

Hi Heike,
It is the same result (both when switched on and off). If I remove the query view selection web item the switch works and it also works when I tick the query view selection property "Use all query view for a query".
It's just when I try to define each query view I want to use in the "List of query views" property, that it doesn't work.
Olof
