Value "0.1" is incompatible with template "" error in all composition VAT

Hi,

I'm getting error in all composition VAT when I'm trying to enter any value with decimal. It keeps on throwing error Value "0.1" is incompatible with template "". But if I enter value like 1 or 2 then I don't get the error. Has anybody came accross the same situation before. Property tree is on EHP 6.
