Early Archiving to one workitem with multiple attachments

I have a requirement to be able to attach multiple attachments to one workitem using early archiving. Customer would like multiple windows to open, one per attachment when workitem executes.

The original data is being entered using Web Dynpro. If the FI document is not able to be created for whatever reason, we would like like to capture the data entered in PDF format. In addition to the PDF the user will likely have to attach supporting documentation.

Any ideas on how to acheive this?

Thank you for your ideas.

For displaying documents before the workitem executes - create a method which opens the documents (enhance the object the workflow is based on) and use it as a "before" method (in the methods tab of the workflow builder for the step).

as for the second question - if the document is not created -store the data in a z-table and use adobe forms to display it in a PDF format. attaching more documents by the creator can be done via DMS archive link etc.
