Insufficient data for an Image

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue regarding pdf. Actually a smartfrom (which is having an image) is converted into a pdf which is sent as an attachment via email. While opening the pdf from mail a message appears 'Insufficient data for an image' and the image is missing from the pdf. Rest of all are coming fine. Can you plz help me on this? Why this particular message is coming? Any sort of help is welcome.

Hi Debapriya,

This issue is with Adobe acrobat/readers.

You can download the latest adobe reader from :


Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions



Temporary solution :


Change the Zoom Setting of your PDF file.You should be able to see the image ( fingers crossed ).

Try reducing it or fit to the page should help too..
