Define default values for creating customer contact (BCT0)

Hi all,

I would like to have already prefilled fields Class, Action, Type and In/Outgoing with default values when creating customer contact in transaction BCT0 (SAP ERP). How can I customize that? Or do I need a programmer?

Try with transaction variant from SHD0.

In step 3, tick the option for you field as "W. Content".
