Pushing the Material determination data to an external system

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to link certain Materials using a Material determination and once the linking is done, this data needs to be pushed to an External SQL server.

I was looking at the option of using the IDOC methodology to accomplish this task however this is not an option. Is there a standard way we can accomplish this? If not what is the best way we can accomplish this via ABAP?
