data missing while loading data for 2lis_06_inv

Hi,

We are loading data  in data-source 2LIS_06_inv from R3 system. While checking data, it was found that there is data difference between RSA7 and PSA level of data-source.

Ex: I am getting 498 data-records in RSA7 for 2lis_06_inv , but I am getting 495 data-records at PSA level of data-source in BW level.

That means 3 records are missing. Also run-time exceed error is showing but data is loaded successfully in system.

Could you please help ?

Please help here, I am also facing same issue. some of the records are missing through delta extractor, when we trigger the Full IP by giving the selection, it is working fine. why it is happening ?

Hi Devesh,

If you have enhanced the standard data source with any z fields, can you check on info package selection screen whether you're doing any selections for those fields. Also if anyone had enhanced it check the code in customer exit as well and also try to replicate DS once again and do loading.

Also one thing I'm bit confused of how are you checking data in RSA7 tcode in ECC?

Hi Karan,

We can check data in RSA7 by delta repetition setting. There is no user exit written for this data-source.

But you're extracting data from this data source for the first time right? Doesn't RSA3 showing the same number of records?

Compare the data between the delta repitition in RSA7 and the PSA data. See what those 3 records are missing. Check the data in these 3 records.

Create another info package with full and put the 3 missing document numbers in the selection of the info package and load it. See if it is fetching them.

If you're able to identify those missing 3 records, why don't you try to load them through info package giving selections till PSA for time being.

There can be many scenarios.Can you check below:

1) Were there any selections while doing the init?

2) Were there any recent changes to the extractor?

3) Is there any user exit code which is on this extractor that is restricting the data?

4) Is there any issue with the function module that is used to extract data to this extractor?

I have checked data-source:

1) There is no selection is given in init selection.

2) Last changed is done on 10 jan

3) no user exit is return for data-source

How can we check issue with function module which is used in data-source since it is standard data-source.
