SAP UI5 fragment and component

    • Hi Namita,

      I will suggest not to use Component and ComponentContainer controls for now as its still in development phase and it may get changed in future.(See demokit image attached)

      Difference between Fragment and Component:

      1. Components and Fragments are reusable parts in SAPUI5 applications.
      2. Difference between Components and Fragments is that Components are independent part whereas Fragments are not independent.
      Components are independent means that an application can use component stored/created from different location from where the application is running. But Fragments are part of SAPUI5 application means they are stored within the application and no other application can use it.
