Outbound IDOC for CLFMAS

Hi All,

I am sending Outbound IDOc for CLFMAS through BD93 T-code. But it is sending all the IDOCS  for Classification created earlier against vendor.

I want to send only selected one.

Please let me know how it can be achieved.

Hi Anuj,

What is the relation between vendor & classification?

AFAIK Classification IDOC will create class i.e CL01/2/3.

Classes are used in variant configuration, they are used by other SAP transactions.

Could you describe what are you passing to the selection screen of BD93 & what are you expecting?

HI Sharath,

WE are passing Class Type, Class and Date only as these are the only options availabe there.

We want to post those IDOCs only  whose Vendors were created recently. But insted it is picking all the vendors which are linked to the CLAss type and Class name passed on selection screen.

So, please let me know how this transaction fulfills my requirement. or is there any other way to achieve this.

Hi Anuj,

You may have to copy the inbound IDOC FM to a z* one & add the filtering logic at the receiving system.

OR enhance the std inbound IDOC processing FM to update only the relevant vendors.
