Employee active since --.--.----

Dear Experts,

when we are personnel actions Re- Hiring Action system is showing error "Employee active since --.--.----" showing hiring date of employee we run separation action on :28.04.2014 and system was captured date employee was inactive on : 01.03.2014, user want to rehire employee on same date : 01.03.2014, if we run separation action on 27.02.2014 payable days will reduce to 27 days in this scenario, and when we hire employee on 02.03.2014 in this case only employee will lose one day salary, for reentry I used check as MSN21.

Please provide your valuable inputs to resolve my issue.

    Hi,

    you have to Re-hire on 02.03.2014 only, why because system is consider last date is 01.03.2014

    And why Employee will loose one day salary ? as per the system last day working is 01.03.2014 and again re-hire on 02.03.2014 then employee won't get 1 day less salary.

    check every thing thoroughly and revert back if any, with screen shots for better understanding.

    D BEGDA?OBGDA

    * &MSN21= ,

    > D STAT2

    > 0 &MSN21= ,

    > 1 &MSN21= , (which correspond to the s

    the previous action)

    Hi,

    Please check the below step:

    Personnel Management --> Personnel Administration --> Customizing Procedures --> Actions --> Set up personnel actions


    Check the "Date" column and configure accordingly

    Thank you all for your response.

    Scenario is My client has 2 company codes located in one country one server. When employees are transferred from one company code to another company no range of 2 company codes are same, when we do transfer / org reassignment action as per legal it is not correct because 2 company codes legal entities are different, so we want to run separation action and run rehire action. when we run separation action on 01.10.2014 employee will inactive next date 02.10.2014 because of Date control 1

    My Client want to rehire of employee on 02.10.2014 only when we are running rehire action system was showing error of employee active since 01.04.2014 showing error message of (Actual hiring date)

    Because system is reading system check : MSN21 and showing error message of E026

    So how to solve this issue please provide your valuable inputs.
