Dear All Experts,

I use the expert mode to see the cost center report s_alr_87013611, it shows in excel version, but I can't save it in my computer. It does't have the save funtion.

Could you tell me why? And how to solve this?

Pls refer to the screenshot.

Thanks!

    Hello Xinling,

This issue is not related to SAP 😔

    Still,

    1. Open the MS-Excel separately, do the below:

    2. After adding this 'Save As' button to customize quick toolbar. Please re-start your SAP and run the cost center report. You will find Save As option now. You can now save the file to your desktop.

Okay.. If you want to save the field, first you have to pick the button Save As.. in excel.

Open Excel (normally) in your system.

    Select More Commands..

Then select the save as.. and press Add.

Then Run the report in SAP system.

You will find the save as.. button in SAP - Excel report.

    Hi

Go to Transaction code GRR2. Check for report library 1VK and the report 1SIP-001. Now follow the path

    Edit> Report Header.

A pop will appear. Click on Export Parameters. Under the export parameters, the Spreadsheet option should be selected as shown in the screen shot below

Is it coming default in EXCEL version ?

Why don't you save the file from original SAP version to local file.
