Hi expert,

Can we bring system control on stock through physical sample lot. If yes then please help me to provide the steps as in our client following is the business scenario and requirement.

Business scenario : Tankers arrives the plant and sampling is been done. If sample is approved then GRN is been done.

Requirement : Can system can block GRN of material against certain PO if sample is rejected ?

You can activate the Quality inspection type in material and then do the GRN IN MIGO for QUality inspection. and when sample lot is approved by Quality then take the stock in unrestricted through mvt type-321.

Dear,

Do the GRN with move type 103 During usage decision put the stock in Gr block stock. if its accepted do 105mov type i.e to unrestricted.

if its been rejected do the 104 movt type.

This process got failed due to non availability of MRP indicator in 103 movement.
