If less hours and more hours employee and manager should receive the notification. If less hours he need to raise the request for attendance approval .If he worked OT he has to get the ot approval once OT approved then only OT should be process. This is the requirement. Please let me know.

How to process this in SAP.

    Hi Revathi,

You can write a PCR where you can sum the hours worked in a day and then compare the hours with planned working hours for the day. If the hours are less, then you can raise a message in time evaluation using operation COLER. This message can be found in PTMW where the administrator can inform the employee to apply for attendance.

If the hours are more than planned hours, then you can send a notification to apply overtime.

The concept of approved overtime is a standard SAP functionality in schema TM00. You need to refer to the line item GOT TO20 01 in the schema. Based on the notification, a record needs to be created in IT2007 for the overtime approval and time evaluation will again retro to calculate the overtime.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks and regards,
