Hi All,
I'm getting the error "Specify "Items per Unit" greater than zero" when adding different items. I have come across 2 items one Item is Stock, Sales and Purchasing and other Item is Sales item only. When trying to add these items to Marketing docs the ItemCode pulls in but none of the other data and item description is not recognized. thus no quantity by default is inserted and UoM Code is blank and Items per Unit is 0.00 and is not editable. I have given the 2 items the same UoM for purchase, sales and inventory. If I duplicate the Item with a new code then it works fine and correct so what am I missing or how do I fix this.
