using multi mappings in bpm

i'm doing a scenario which involves 3:1 multi mapping in bpm . i have configured 3 communication channels to pick three files from different locations.when i execute scenario i find no error but a message " message to outbound(bpm) waiting.can any one suggest solution for this ?
