Employer address and TAN in Form 12 BA of Form 16

Dear Friends,

Need to know where employer address and TAN is maintained for Form 12BA in Form 16.

As per below link found it's T500P Table and ADRC Table. But from user perspective where it should be maintained in SAP Front end through SPRO/Feature ?

Please suggest.

Last option is : SE16N and go to address table (ADRC) and maintain the address against TAN number. Is there any other option ?

Dear,

for Employer address you have to maintain address in PA & PSA and regarding TAN you have to maintain feacure 40ack

Implement the BADI 'HR_IN_ER_ADDRESS' and make use of below fields.

ADDR1_VAL-NAME1

SADR-NAME1

SADR-STOCK

SADR-STOCK

SADR-STRAS

SADR-STRS2

Hi Chetan.

I had followed a different approach to solve this.

In Table T500P, Selected Personnel areas ,then Goto -- > Address( Shift + F5).

Address details were blank in that as per attachment.

Please check the table  V_T7INT5 in this regard. Also check the BADI HR_IN_ER_ADDRESS, I had put the incorrect BADi in the reply.
