Hi,

refer Maintenance of Product in the System Landscape - SAP Solution Manager Setup - SCN Wiki

under data services cluster situation scenarios,

other than this for hub systems refer Special Cases in Installation and Update | SCN

Hi,

We  do have cluster on ERP and PI spaces, not faced any such issues, could you please paste the screenshots?

have you maintained FQDN in LMDB, Your logical host names are reporting properly, have you installed SMD agents, step 2 pre requestie in managed system configuration is green?

if all done properly there wont be any such problem on step  5 maintain landscape parameters.

Please update.

Thanks
