HCM P&F - on behalf process

Hi,

I built a process (using HCM Processes and Forms (P&F)) that is triggered by employees.

I am required to add an option of letting the HR Administrator or the employee's manager to do this process on behalf of the employee, for example, when the employee is abroad or on Maternity/Paternity Leave.

Is it possible?

Does this MSS ability (On Behalf - described in the links) work with every process I design with HCM Processes anf Forms? or only with standard ESS/MSS applications?

It works for custom HCM P&F forms as well as some of the ESS applications like Persinfo etc.
