Authorization setup in CRM.

In our CRM system we are implementing authorization setup,
here the requirement is user should able to view own documents and the
documents in which user is the partner.

Based on the requirement we have provided the same
authorization for the two users but when we tested the result is different for
the two users even though both the users are same at authorization level and
organizational level.

One user is able to view his own documents and the documents in which user is the partner. But the second
user is able to view all the documents in sales organization.

Even both the users are at the same level (in terms of
authorization and organizational), why the results are vary.

Authorizations provided for both the users as below:

CRM_ORD_LP: Authorization Object CRM Order - Visibility in
Org. Model.

Activity                       *

Scope of Processed Objects     A

Business Transaction Type      *

CRM_ORD_OP: Authorization Object CRM Order - Own Documents.

Please help us to get the issue resolved.

Hi Malik,

Did you compare the users using SUIM and check their authorizations..
