Hello,
I have created SKF in kk01. Now based on skf, I want to distribute some expenses through CO-PA Assessment cycle. CO-PA is costing based.
Say rent expenses needs to be distributed based on sq.feet in Co-PA. How can we do it? can we use kb31n for the same...
PS: I have checked various threads already posted, but not clarified with that.

Hi Karthik,
I think, First you will need to post the Sft Values in COPA using Rec Type H in Tr Code KE21N. and using such values as a reference base in your cycle you will be able to achieve it.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Kathik,
I believe you have created the cycle in tcode KEU3 ?
In the Segment Header tab have you selected the rule 'variable portions' in the Receiver Tracing Factor block ?
If so you will get an option to select the value field / KFS on which you can do the tracing
In KEU1 when you want to select KFS you should also see the calculated keyfigures defined in transaction KE2K in addition to the value fields.

Waman

Hi Karthik,
Pos the cost to cost center and create assessment cycles based on either planned SKF (KP46) or actual SKF (KB31N).
Does this clarify?

Hello Karthikeyan,
have you thought about an exit which is run during cycle execution?
With kind regards
Thomas
